WHAT MHM DO
TENANT SCREENING & MANAGEMENT
Any prospective tenant can act like the best tenant in the world during the initial walk-through. To make sure you’re getting the best tenant, we screen every prospective candidate thoroughly before allowing them to sign a lease.
RENT COLLECTION & DEPOSIT
Be it quarterly, bi-yearly or monthly, we deposit your rental cheques in your personal account. This creates peace of mind through generating a truly passive income from your investment property.
ARRANGING MAINTENANCE REPAIRS
You should regularly maintain any house, but it becomes especially important if your home is older or if you ever plan to sell. By investing into home care you achieve an increased asset value, savings on emergency maintenance and increased tenant retention.
MANAGING TENANT DISPUTES
If you rent out your property, one of the biggest challenges can be dealing with irate tenants. To better manage tenant disputes, we have introduced preventative internal policies that comply with the Dubai Rental Dispute Center. These policies are stipulated in all our lease agreements.
QUARTERLY REPORTS
As a property owner, you have the right to be well informed as to how your rental property is performing. This means tracking tenants versus vacancies, how many tenants have paid rent on time each month, which units have leases that are nearing an end as well all maintenance of the property.
COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES
We are approved by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and officially registered with the Dubai Economic Department. This means we are fully compliant with the local authorities and operate with the limits of the law.

STANDARD PACKAGE
5% of annual rent
Our standard package includes renting your unit, collecting your rent, arranging maintenance repairs and providing you with quarterly reports.
PREMIUM PACKAGE
10% of annual rent
Our premium package includes all the features of our standard package with the added benefit of annual service contract allowing you to save on yearly maintenance costs.
VACATION HOME PACKAGE
AED 7,500/ annum
We take care of your vacation home! With scheduled bi-monthly cleaning, we ensure your home is ready for the holidays. In addition to that, our specialized maintenance team will carry out a monthly inspection to ensure your home is in excellent condition.
